Brandon & Carlson Engagement - Oklahoma Photographer

I have known Brandon & Carlson for several years now.  We met through Ben & Katie - which is actually how Carlson met Brandon.  Ben & Katie know how to bring people together.

Brandon & Carlson are getting married in Cancun in 2015.  Brandon actually surprised Carlson with a romantic proposal there on the beach.  

We decided to do several travel themed engagement photo shoots since we will be traveling for their destination wedding.  They are my kind of people because they love exploring, going places they've never been & Mexican food. 

We hit the road and drove the Historic Route 66 to Clinton, Oklahoma from Oklahoma City.  It was a great start to many more adventures to come.

Family Photo shoots - Jared Wanzer Photography

Above are some family portraits I did last weekend. I started off taking pictures of Kira because the family was all meeting at Logan & Alis house. We took quiet a few of Kira by herself and when I was almost done taking pictures of her she says to me, 'I think I want to take a few pictures with my family.' Which totally cracked me up because she thought we were just taking pictures of her, I guess that shows how many pictures I take.
I actually photographed Logan & Alis wedding at the beginning of this year, which is crazy because this year has just gone by. They have an amazing backyard and I always love when they call to have me photograph them because I get an amazing background in their backyard. These are just the couple collages I put together. Thanks so much for always coming back to me! I always enjoy getting to know my clients more and more.

Above is the The Thompson family. I am sure you remember them because I have photographed them a few times. I am so grateful for them. Brittney spreads my name around all the time and I am always getting new clients from her! Also little Haylie is one of my favorite people. She is HILARIOUS. I wish I could remember all the funny things she asks and says. Thanks so much for another amazing photoshoot.

I had so many pictures at once I never got the photoshoot above put on my blog. The Newton family was great. This is a beautiful Grandma with all her grandchildren. I thought it was so awesome to see them all together, she was so proud to have everywhere there as well. It was actually a surprise for her birthday so she didn't even realize everyone was going to be there.

Wendy is a faithful follower of my website. She always is looking at the bridal pictures and said 'I can't wait for you to take mine.' So it is her turn. We went on the coldest day in December to do her bridal portraits. I searched and search for a place you didn't have to make an appointment & the Colcord Hotel in Downtown Oklahoma City.
