One Tree Hill
9 Seasons
187 Episodes
Series Finale.
Ok, listen. Don’t judge me! This is a start of a new blog series called Jared Wanzer Photography is addicted to TV!
I love me some TV! I actually always have, ask my mom, she would sometimes just roll her eyes at me because I would talk about my ‘TV friends’ like they were real. Ever since I became a wedding photographer I have become even more into TV because it is really nice to edit to something in the background.

…and finally to the point. One Tree Hill was introduced to me in the season premier of season 4. I was editing & I just turned it to the then WB now CW & this crazy awesome episode came on & when it was over I got on ebay ordered Season 1-3 & had them all watched by the next
Wednesday when the show came back on, like I said before, don’t judge.

season 9 came around this year and it was the final season, series final, no more on April 4. 3 of my friends who are also addicted to the show, maybe a little less than me I am just going to admit it even though they probably started out more, all got together, which we had done several times
before for season premiers, dinner and our favorite TV show.

I love me some good writing and acting. I also love me some quotes, I am always jotting down quotes from movies and things people to say, sometimes this show would have so many I would have to pause and go back. Mark Schwahn was the writer for all 9 season and originally set out to make this a movie and lucky for me it turned into 9 years of good TV. Sir I hope you create another series almost as great as this one.
The final quote,
“It’s the oldest story in the world. One day you’re seventeen and planning for some day and then quietly and without you really noticing, someday is today, and then someday is yesterday, and then this is your life.

We spend so much time wanting, pursuing, wishing, but ambition is good, chasing things with integrity is good. Dreaming.
If you had a friend you knew you would never see again, what would you say? If you could do one last thing for someone you love, what would it be? Say it. Do it. Don’t wait. Nothing lasts forever.
Make a wish and place it in your heart. Anything you want. Everything you want.
Do you have it? Good. Now believe it can come true.
Do you have it? Good. Now believe it can come true.
You never know where the next miracle is going to come from, the next memory, the next smile, the next wish come true.
But if you believe that it’s right around the corner and you open your heart and mind to possess of it the certainty of it. You might just get the thing you wish for.
The world is full of magic. You have to believe in it.
So make your wish.
Do you have it? Good.
Now believe in it. With all your heart.” – One Tree Hill
