In December a close friend of my families passed away, Barbara White. I happened to be in Hutchinson, KS & I stopped for the funeral on my way home, in Tonkawa, OK. I grew up in Tonkawa from 1986-1996.
My family was very involved in the First Assembly of God Church as well as Lee & Nancy. There were not a lot of people I recognized anymore that were at the funeral but I right away saw Nancy & Lee. I grabbed them on their way out & we talk to them just a short while. I realized after it had been 9 years & sadly that was at another funeral.

We decided it was time for us to reconnect! After my weekend in Wichita on my way back to the Oklahoma City I exited Tonkawa.
We grabbed a late lunch and caught up for a couple hours. It was so great to reconnect!
Nancy has the cutest daughter Kiarra. I loved her, she has so many facial expressions as you will see in the pictures. I talked Lee into a few pictures, who is one of my favorite people, seriously a great woman of God, not to much of a trouble maker. :)
